The ILYC puts on a sailing camp for children ages 10 to 17 to teach beginner and intermediate sailing techniques. The course includes boat handling, either basic or racing, first aid, and CPR. The course involves about 30% class room instruction and 70% hands on experience. The course ends with participating in a scheduled club race.
